The Arjula

The Arjula's were founders of Tharigopulla (Originally Vari = Rice, Kuppala = A pyramid of rice grains) in 17th century and ruled under the Arjula Dynasty. A temple of "Pochamma" was constructed as a symbol of founders of Tharigoppula.


The Legendary Arjula's contributed to social and economic development of the society and maintained an equality among all sections of people since golden age.


The Arjula's contributed to Telangana Vimochana from Nizam under leadership of Comrade Late Shri. Arjula Ramana Reddy Garu, Comrade Late Shri. Arjula Raghava Reddy Garu, Comrade Late. Shri Arjula Chinna Krishna Reddy Garu, Comrade Late. Shri. Arjula Ramachandra Reddy Garu, Comrade Late Shri. Arjula Buchi Reddy Garu and many more. They distributed their land to many poorer people across Tharigoppula, Narmetta, Adbul Nagaram, etc. of Warangal District, Telangana State, India. Prof. Arjula Ramachandra Reddy is a distinguished biologist whose research work in the field of Genetics and Plant Biotechnology is recognized worldwide. He is a Fellow of the Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore.
The first vice-chancellor of Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa; Member, Review Committee on Genetic manipulation of Department . of India; Science Panel member, The Dept for International Development/ Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (DFID/BBSRC) of Govt. of UK; and Member, Core Committee of the European Area Network, ERANET Genomics( Forward Looking Activity in Plant Genomics: Challenges for the 21st century).



Dr. Suresh Arjula, Arjula Shashi Kumar Reddy, Arjula Joga Reddy, Arjula Chethan Reddy, Arjula Ratnakar Reddy and many more Arjula are contributing to the society like their fore fathers.



We, The Arjula's, contributed to Telangana Student Movement for Telangana State in 2009.

Telangana Academy of Excellence

Telangana Academy of Excellence is registered as a not for profit & non-political organization, it works with zeal to provide assistance to youth of Telangana in November 2009. We intend to educate, train, create employable youth, create social entrepreneurs in rural Telangana by establishing small scale industries, encouraging young peasants in organic, commercial farming with thirst to develop Telangana & eradicate poverty of Telanganites. It is intended to bring Telanganites from various corners of the world, on a single platform and work together for a noble cause for the empowerment of our Telanganites.

"Telangana Academy of Excellence" will conduct all training sessions on various development aspects & on various courses free of cost by eminent personalities across all districts of Telangana. All programs are intended for poor rural & urban youth of Telangana.
We feel employment, encouraging young peasants in organic, commercial farming & encouraging social entrepreneurs; will eradicate poverty in Telangana.
We have professionals joined us across globe from USA, UK, Europe, Australia & India to train on various aspects of developmental studies & on social entrepreneurship. They have joined us with strong passion to develop Telangana from roots by using various delivery methodologies.
